Sleep

Sleep truly does seem to have qualities that are almost magical. You never realize what it does for you until you're deprived of it. Lack of concentration, incoordination, sluggishness, hallucinations, even delusions. Sleep not only prevents all these rather uncomfortable symptoms, but it also restores physical and psychological energy. God commanded us to rest as well as work. Not only the day-to-day rest that we get almost every night, but to set aside a day of the week (Sunday or Saturday, depending) to put down your pen, shovel, or cutting tool for the day and take a breather. Appreciate and enjoy the fruits of your labor. Sleep also is healthy. Notice that sleep-deprived people seem to get sick more easily than people who get enough sleep.
