Ran for an hour. No. Scratch that. Ran for half an hour, walked the rest. Sort of crawled the rest. My brain was shutting down on me due to lack of oxygen. I felt like puking and I felt stupid. Dude... I'm so out of shape it's sad. The first ten minutes were the best. Ah, the rush~! Anyway, now I have this weird cough that kinda makes me sound like I'm 80 years old.
